It's been a little while since my last blog back in the start of the Spring selling season where I encouraged home sellers to position themselves in the upcoming Spring months of March-April-May. This was so they would be SOLD by the beginning of summer and moving on to more enjoyable things in life than stressing over selling a home in this challenging market. I thought it would be fun to revisit the homes that I featured back in March and see how they did now that it is officially SUMMER (June 2nd as I write this...) The wonderful home sellers and their real estate agents were proactive, properly prepared and staged these properties for a successful sale. And you know what? All of these homes had A LOT of competition to go up against but as you'll see here- they had no problem selling their home!
As you read through the results, keep in mind that should you choose to stage your property moving into the summer season of June-July- August, you could be SOLD too. We have so many more success stories that I will be sharing. This market is difficult but Staging is making a difference!

Teresa, beautiful work! Question: Do you have your own furniture or rent through a store, and if you rent through a store, which one? I don't recognize the furniture as what I see at CORT, and I'm curious about whether you might use AFR, Churchill, or have your own arrangement with a furniture retailer. I'm impressed you're getting clients willing to pay for furniture rentals; I find it to be an uphill battle.
